Wlgroup, a multinational defence organization, seeks an officer to translate an electromagnetic operations training plan from paper into delivery. You will convert the plan into actionable development tasks under the coherence lead and draft baseline reports for the discipline.

You will plan training needs analyses, identify audiences across HQs and facilities, initiate cross-discipline communication early, and deliver kickoff meetings plus ongoing reporting. Applications review as they arrive.

Qualificações

• Real time knowledge in electromagnetic operations and related education delivery.
• Structured or systems-based approach to training design or equivalent method.
• Proven track record delivering or evaluating training programmes.
• Ability to build training requirements and perform needs analysis.
• Experience organizing conferences, workshops and events.
• Fluent English with ability to convert procedures into user-friendly docs.
• Comfort using LMS, collaboration portals and web conferencing tools.
• Nice to have experience in international settings with military and civilian colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the new training plan into follow-up actions and development work.
• Draft the discipline baseline report and support requirements analysis.
• Plan and run training needs analysis to close identified gaps.
• Identify audiences across HQs and training facilities.
• Engage with neighbouring disciplines to cover gaps early.
• Plan and deliver kickoff meetings and requirements workshops.
• Produce monthly situation reports and quarterly programme updates.
• Coordinate with coherence lead on delivering the plan.
