Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage personal logistics, travel, calendar, and inbox.
• Coordinate household staff, suppliers, and maintenance.

• Handle groceries, meals, restaurant bookings, and food coordination.
• Protect principal's time by filtering communications and scheduling.
• Support family logistics and local administrative tasks in Portugal.
