iTRecruiter is seeking a Senior Technical Domain Lead to own end-to-end delivery for an e-commerce domain in Maia, Portugal. The role combines engineering leadership, architecture, and delivery across multiple teams in a hybrid setup.

You will influence tech leads, engineers, and stakeholders, shaping a sustainable technical roadmap and balancing delivery with architectural coherence. Portuguese and English fluency are required, with 2 onsite days per week in Maia.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience with senior/expert-level responsibilities.
• Experience providing technical leadership across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce / SFRA in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience with React in headless e-commerce architectures.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; based in Portugal; availability for 2 onsite days/week in Maia.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the end-to-end technical delivery across development, quality, release, and operations.
• Coordinating Tech Leads and engineering teams, supporting architectural decisions and resolving conflicts.
• Shaping and communicating the medium-term technical strategy with technology leadership.
• Translating business and product objectives into an executable technical roadmap.
• Identifying technical and implementation risks early, including architecture, dependencies and delivery capacity.
• Removing cross-team delivery blockers and ensuring technical alignment between teams.
• Balancing hands-on technical depth with people, process, and delivery leadership.
• Standardizing shared engineering tools, practices, architectural guidelines, Skills and Rules.
• Driving adoption of AI-assisted software development, including harnesses, Skills/Rules, coding agents.
• Promoting a true DevOps ownership model across the lifecycle from development to production.
