DBServices in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Technical Domain Lead – Salesforce to act as the technical reference for a complex e-commerce domain, owning end-to-end delivery and ensuring architectural coherence across multiple engineering teams. The role combines technical leadership, architecture, delivery, and cross-team coordination with Tech Leads, Product, and Business stakeholders.

Location: Porto, Portugal — Hybrid (2 days onsite).

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams.
• Strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) expertise.
• Experience with React in headless e-commerce environments.
• Ability to align technical strategy with product and business goals.
• Experience delivering end-to-end e-commerce solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of the e-commerce domain.
• Coordinate Tech Leads and engineering teams across architecture decisions.
• Define and drive the technical strategy and architectural direction.
• Build and manage the technical roadmap with Product and Business teams.
• Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies.
• Promote DevOps and AI-assisted development practices.
