DBServices Portugal seeks a Senior/Expert Technical Domain Lead – E-commerce to own end-to-end technical delivery and ensure architectural consistency across multiple engineering teams. This hybrid Porto-based role will coordinate Tech Leads, Product, and Business teams to translate priorities into scalable solutions.

The role demands strong SFRA experience, React in headless architectures, and a proven track record in technical strategy, risk management, and DevOps ownership.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams (Senior Tech Lead/Engineering Manager/Technical Domain Lead or equivalent).
• Strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) expertise including architecture, customization, and operation in e-commerce.
• Experience with React in headless e-commerce architectures.
• Ability to balance technical depth with people and delivery leadership.
• Experience resolving cross-team technical and delivery challenges, including dependencies and conflicting priorities.
• Experience defining mid-term technical strategies aligned with Product and Business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of the e-commerce domain, covering development, quality, release, and operations.
• Coordinate Tech Leads and engineering teams, supporting architectural decisions and maintaining alignment across teams.
• Define and drive the technical strategy and architectural direction of the e-commerce domain in collaboration with technical leadership.
• Build and manage the technical roadmap, translating business objectives into feasible technical initiatives.
• Identify and manage implementation risks across architecture, dependencies, capacity, and delivery constraints.
• Resolve cross-team delivery challenges and dependencies, removing blockers impacting multiple teams.
• Balance technical execution with people, delivery, and process management.
• Organise and standardize shared engineering tools and practices; translate architecture into reusable rules.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development, including development harnesses, Skills/Rules, and coding agents.
• Promote DevOps operating model and end-to-end ownership from development to production operations.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering practices and reduce silos.
