moOngy in Lisbon is seeking a Tech Lead Java to lead technical development activities and support architecture alignment. You will ensure code quality and collaborate with Agile development teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with legacy environments, Agile methodologies, and must be legally authorized to work in Portugal. Join us for continuous learning and be part of a diverse team that values collaboration and innovation.

Hybrid working model: 2-3 days a week in the office.

Qualificações

• Experience with legacy environments and technical debt management.
• Agile/Squad-based delivery experience.
• Currently living in Portugal and legally authorized to work there.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical development activities and support architecture alignment.
• Ensure code quality, CI/CD integration and technical best practices.
• Support technical documentation, modernization and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
