DBServices is seeking a Senior/Expert Technical Domain Lead – E-commerce in Maia, Portugal (Hybrid: 2 days onsite). You will own end-to-end technical delivery for the e-commerce domain, align architecture with multiple engineering teams, and drive the technical roadmap with Product and Business teams.
Lead cross-team collaboration, manage risks, and promote AI-assisted development and DevOps practices to accelerate time-to-production while maintaining architectural consistency and delivery
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of the e-commerce domain.
- Coordinate Tech Leads and engineering teams across architecture decisions.
- Define and drive the technical strategy and architectural direction.
- Build and manage the technical roadmap with Product and Business teams.
- Identify and manage technical and implementation risks.
- Resolve cross-team delivery challenges and blockers.
- Balance technical execution with people, delivery and process.
- Standardize tools and practices into reusable Skills and Rules.
- Drive AI-assisted software development adoption.
- Promote a DevOps operating model across teams.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering practices.
