DBServices is seeking a Technical Domain Lead – Salesforce to act as the technical reference for a complex e-commerce domain, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery and ensuring architectural consistency across multiple engineering teams. Location Porto, Portugal — Hybrid (2 days onsite).

Qualificações

• Proven experience in technical leadership across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) in e-commerce.
• Experience with React in headless e-commerce architectures.
• Ability to align technical strategy with Product and Business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI-assisted development practices is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of the e-commerce domain, covering development, quality, release, and operations.
• Coordinate Tech Leads and engineering teams, supporting architectural decisions, resolving technical conflicts, and maintaining alignment across teams.
• Define and drive the technical strategy and architectural direction of the e-commerce domain in collaboration with technical leadership.
• Build and manage the technical roadmap, working closely with Product and Business teams to translate business objectives into feasible technical initiatives.
• Proactively identify and manage technical and implementation risks, including architecture, dependencies, capacity, and delivery constraints.
• Resolve cross-team delivery challenges and dependencies, ensuring technical alignment and removing blockers that impact multiple teams.
• Balance technical execution with people, delivery, and process management.
• Organize and standardize shared engineering tools and practices, ensuring architectural guidelines are translated into reusable Skills and Rules.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted software development, including development harnesses, Skills/Rules, and coding agents.
• Promote and strengthen a DevOps operating model, enabling engineering teams to own the full lifecycle from development and quality through release and production operations.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering practices, reducing dependencies on silos and accelerating time-to-production.
