Worldwiders in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our multicultural team in Porto or Lisbon. You will handle Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat and email, respond to inquiries, and document case information to ensure high satisfaction.

You will collaborate with technicians and maintain the ticketing system in English while upholding company values.

Qualificações

• Native-level Dutch language skills (C2) and fluent English.
• Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage.
• Patience to communicate and solve issues.
• Handle all data and personal information with confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries and document relevant case information.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
• Address customer escalations appropriately and document the process.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or close tickets.
• Maintain the internal ticketing system in English.
