Eugenia Talent is seeking a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Advisor to join our client in Lisbon. In this full-time role you will help customers resolve technical issues, assist via phone and email, and stay up-to-date with product developments.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English, have experience with customer support and CRM, and be proactive with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. Office location in Lisbon with multiple nearby amenities.

Qualificações

• Dutch language fluency and English proficiency are required.
• Experience in customer support and with CRM is a plus.
• Proactive with good time management and multi-channel communication.
• Strong in phone calls, emails, and social media.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers resolve technical problems with products or services.
