You will handle inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and social media, delivering clear information and basic technical help while following company policies.

Qualificações

• Experience providing customer support across phone, email, live chat or social media.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues with guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer interactions across phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Provide accurate information following company policies and procedures.
• Assist with general questions, product or service information, and basic technical support.
• Document case details in the appropriate systems and respond to requests.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams or higher-level support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and technical teams to resolve concerns and close cases.
• Manage a personal queue of service tickets, prioritize tasks, and follow supervisor guidance.
• Offer feedback to improve service processes and contribute to knowledge sharing.
