Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and team collaboration.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this Dutch Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
