Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Care & Back Office specialists for a fully relocated position to Sofia, Bulgaria. This entry-level, full-time role offers multilingual interaction, CRM usage, and teamwork across departments.

The package includes a fully paid relocation, monthly performance bonus, paid training, health insurance, and ongoing development opportunities. English fluency is a plus while Dutch is essential.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.

Responsabilidades
