Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking native-level Dutch speakers to join its customer support team in a fully remote role from Greece. No prior customer service experience is required as full training and relocation support are provided.

You'll handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolve order and product questions, and escalate issues when needed. The position offers a stable monthly salary, performance bonuses, and clear progression into mentor, trainer, or QA roles.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch language required.
• English at B2 level for training.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle after-sales topics: order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints.
• Work with internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions.
• Take on escalated cases and turn them into satisfied customers.
• Grow into roles such as mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance specialist.
