You will handle inbound Dutch requests across phone, email, and chat, assisting with coffee machines, orders, subscriptions, and deliveries while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency is mandatory (C1/C2).
• English skills at B1+ level preferred.
• Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or service roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Support customers with coffee machine setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Manage orders, subscriptions, deliveries, and account updates.
• Assist with product information and premium service inquiries.
• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams when needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
• Provide a smooth, high-quality customer journey aligned with brand standards.
• Work within structured processes and CRM systems.
