Ersilia is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor for an on-site role in Porto. You will provide empathetic and professional assistance for diabetes medical devices, handling orders, troubleshooting, and product usage across multiple channels.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1+) and strong English (C1) required.
• Ability to support multiple European markets simultaneously.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for diabetes medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and high-quality support.
• Deliver troubleshooting and technical support for medical devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with product usage across calls, email, chat, and SMS.
