Cross Border Talents is recruiting in Lisbon for a Developer Support position serving the Dutch market. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling issues with patience and clear communication.

Based on-site in Lisbon, you’ll keep cases organized, work with a collaborative team, and know when to escalate. This role suits someone comfortable with a fast-moving, customer-facing environment and eligible to work in the EU.

Qualificações

• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once

Responsabilidades

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
• Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
