Job summary

You will document interactions, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with teams to maintain service quality while meeting performance metrics. Dutch and English language requirements apply, plus flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• C1+ level Dutch (written and spoken).
• B2+ level English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Education: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
