Ww Talents in Athens is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other channels, in an international, multicultural team.

You will answer questions, resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience, using your Dutch and English language skills daily, with relocation support to Athens for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Service or related roles is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email and other channels.
• Respond to questions, requests and complaints professionally.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow customer service procedures and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team customer service KPIs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Collaborate with an international team.
