WW Talents is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Athens, Greece. The role requires handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and offers full relocation support, training, and a structured onboarding process.

Salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month across 14 salaries, with bonuses and ongoing training provided. Rotational shifts, on-site work, and a multicultural environment are part of the package.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native-level German.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in German via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach.
