Ww Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support Dutch customers from Athens, Greece. The role involves multichannel communication, resolving queries and ensuring high service standards in an international environment.

Relocation assistance is provided. The position offers full-time hours, a multicultural team, and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good English communication skills
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Contact Center, Technical Support, Hospitality or Retail is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and elevate complex cases when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems and CRM tools.
• Follow customer service procedures and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team customer service KPIs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Work effectively with an international and multicultural team.
