Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for trucks of minimum 3.5 tons.
• Answer drivers, transport and logistics companies.
• Support customers via phone, email, and chat; clarify questions about roads in the Netherlands.
• Assist with registration, onboard unit orders, and payments.
• Ensure revenue collection and manage debt communications.
• Support service sales when applicable.
• Provide accurate, efficient, and empathetic customer support.
• Contribute to achieving project objectives.
