Cross Border Talents seeks a Dutch Customer Support specialist in Porto to assist users via email and chat only. The role offers a €2,000 signing bonus and focuses on clear written communication, problem solving, and guided SOPs.

You will join a dynamic team providing high-quality support to global users, with relocation assistance and a collaborative environment. No phone calls are involved; on-site in Porto.

Qualificações

• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency status.
• Minimum 1 year in Customer Support or related field.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in tech support.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer questions via email and chat only, delivering quick, clear, courteous assistance.
• Follow SOPs to resolve inquiries or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain performance in line with quality expectations and SLA goals.
• Participate in training, coaching, and feedback sessions to develop skills.
• Approach each interaction with empathy and a problem-solving mindset for a positive user experience.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with team-driven ideas.
