Qualificações

A Multilingual Services client in Lisbon, Portugal is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

After-sales tech support for domestic appliance brands.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and elevate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
