Besthire in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a consumer goods account on-site. You will handle customer queries across channels and document each case carefully.

We're recruiting Dutch speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Consumer Goods account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You'll handle customer queries for a recognisable consumer brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 14/Sep/26, 21/Sep/26.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You’ll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team.
