Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch language skills (C1/C2)
• Good command of English, minimum B2 level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional attitude
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-centric mindset and passion for service
• Ability to work in a target-driven, dynamic team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Deliver a seamless and high-quality customer journey by understanding needs and resolving requests.
• Assist customers with post-sales queries including orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Support inbound sales activities by identifying needs and recommending products or services.
• Process customer requests and manage order records accurately and confidentially.
• Meet operational KPIs and quality standards while staying customer-focused.
