Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch with good communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or service roles preferred.
• Willingness to work full-time and in a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking small and medium businesses across digital channels (phone, email, chat).
• Help clients with digital advertising tools and platforms.
• Provide pre- and post-sales assistance to customers.
• Identify trends and resolve recurring issues to improve service.
• Share product insights with internal teams to improve tooling and support.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer support across multiple channels.
