CloserHire is seeking Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries, manage cases from start to finish, and provide recalls and after-sales support across European markets. The role runs Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00, with weekends free.

We welcome native Dutch speakers with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position in Lisbon offering training and an international environment,

Qualifications

• Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish English B2/C1 or above
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Previous contact centre/customer service experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, professional assistance
• Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
• Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services
• Accurately update customer and case information in internal systems
• Meet established service and quality standards
