Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialist for a full-time role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support customers across European markets with general inquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 with weekends off. You will benefit from 14 salaries per year, a €150 language bonus and a €100 monthly bonus, in an international, multicultural

Qualifications

• Proven customer service or contact centre experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Dutch or Flemish.
• Good computer literacy and keyboard/multitasking ability.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Available for a full-time Lisbon-based role with weekday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, professional assistance.
• Manage customer cases from initial contact to resolution.
• Provide information regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services.
• Update customer and case information accurately in internal systems.
