Nomadify in Portugal is hiring a Customer Service Representative who will serve as the first contact for our international clients, handling requests with professionalism and empathy.

You will work across channels, maintain case histories, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet KPIs while taking part in a thorough onboarding program with mentorship and relocation support. No prior industry experience required; EU nationals with Portugal work authorization encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Native or bilingual Dutch (C1-C2) required.
• Intermediate English (B1) for tools and training.
• Willing to relocate to Portugal.
• Self-guided and quick to adapt to new software.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• EU nationality or valid Portugal work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Process and resolve incoming user requests across omnichannel platforms (phone, email, live chat).
• Represent corporate values with exceptional, respectful communication.
• Evaluate client issues to deliver accurate resolutions.
• Register and maintain case histories in the database system.
• Meet internal benchmarks, performance milestones, and team KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to resolve escalated matters.
