Nomadify in Portugal is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries across phone, email and chat with enterprise-level professionalism.

You will join a highly international team, benefiting from a fully paid onboarding curriculum and structured mentorship as you relocate to Portugal. A strong focus on service quality and customer satisfaction is expected.

Qualificações

• Native or bilingual Dutch (C1-C2) written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1+) for tools and training.
• Willing to relocate and build career in Portugal.
• Able to quickly adapt to new software and workflows.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, diverse, multicultural environment.
• EU nationality or valid work authorization for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Process and resolve multi-channel requests (phone, email, chat).
• Represent corporate values with exceptional communication standards.
• Evaluate client issues to deliver accurate and actionable resolutions.
• Register and maintain case histories in the CRM/database.
• Align with internal benchmarks, milestones, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to resolve escalated matters.
