Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking back-office customer support agent to join our on-site team. You will handle tickets and emails, investigate requests, and provide accurate solutions through digital channels.

Requirements include fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and strong English (B2+), excellent written communication, attention to detail, and experience with ticketing systems. Shifts run 07:00–22:00 and applicants must have work authorization in Portugal.
