CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Back Office Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to handle day-to-day back-office operations and case management. You will provide high-quality support for connected services and resolve customer queries in both languages.

The position is on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 local time, offering a base salary of €1,400 gross per month plus a performance bonus up to €100 per month.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in back-office operations or customer support is a plus.
• Based in Lisbon or nearby; no relocation assistance.
