Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to handle back-office tickets and email inquiries, focusing on accurate solutions through digital channels and a high standard of service.

You will investigate requests, resolve cases from start to finish, and keep records up to date. The role requires rotational shifts 07:00–22:00, full-time on-site employment, a base salary of €1,400 plus up to €100 monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at least B2.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with customer support or back-office roles is a plus.
• Comfortable using digital tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer requests through tickets and email.
• Investigate cases and identify appropriate solutions.
• Provide support related to connected services and digital platforms.
• Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines.
• Keep customer information and case records accurate and up to date.
• Take ownership of cases from initial request to resolution.
