Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a multinational BPO to recruit a Dutch-speaking recruiter in Lisbon/Porto, Portugal. You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, validate information with departments, and onboard new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.

The role requires Dutch fluency, English at B2, and a HR-related degree. Expect a full-time, on-site schedule with relocation support and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• English fluency (B2) is required.
• Degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Proven work experience in recruitment is expected.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes (profile, assessments, interviews, follow-up).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates using databases, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
• Coordinate with departments and managers to validate information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees for smooth integration.
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the process as a trusted recruiter.
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.
