CloserHire has partnered with a multinational BPO to recruit a Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist for Lisbon and Porto, Portugal. You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, validate information with managers, and onboard new hires to help them integrate quickly.

The package features 14 salaries per year, private health cover, meal allowance, relocation support (airfare up to €400, accommodation help from abroad), and a 12‑month contract with a 30‑day trial, in a full-time,

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Familiar with recruitment processes (profiles, assessments, interviews, follow-up).
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills.
