You will handle product questions, orders, and general inquiries while maintaining accurate customer records and delivering professional, solution-oriented support to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent in German; Dutch (C1/C2) and good English skills required.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is advantageous.
