Job summary

Encaja Talent in Lisbon is recruiting Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project. You will handle inquiries, manage cases, and provide recall guidance in a multinational environment.

The role runs Monday to Saturday, 07:00–22:00, with professional training and ongoing support to help you deliver excellent service across European markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch or Flemish.
• English B2/C1 or above.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good computer literacy.
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage.

We're partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal.

You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Saturday, 07:00–22:00, giving you your weekends free.
