CloserHire is recruiting Dutch/Flemish-speaking Connected Services Support Specialists for an automotive project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle back-office support, case management and connected vehicle services, guiding customers from initial request to resolution.

The role operates Monday to Saturday with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00, offering an international, multicultural environment and opportunities for growth in a global organization.

Qualificações

• Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish with English for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Back-office, customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer cases from initial request through resolution.
• Process back-office requests accurately and efficiently.
• Support customers with connected vehicle services and related inquiries.
• Update internal systems and maintain accurate case records.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions to customer requests.
• Meet established quality and SLA standards.
