Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Flemish-speaking Back Office Customer Support Agent for the Connected Services project. The role involves handling back-office requests with precision, updating systems, and helping customers enjoy seamless connected vehicle experiences across Europe.

You’ll work in an international team, requiring native Flemish or C2 proficiency and English at B2+ level, with rotating shifts and a competitive base salary plus monthly bonuses.

Qualificações

• Native or C2 Flemish speaker.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer cases from start to resolution.
