Job summary

Kats Recruitment is seeking a Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialist for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support customers across European markets with inquiries, recalls, and after-sales cases, taking ownership from first contact to resolution.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2).
• Solid English (B2/C1) proficiency.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use web-based tools.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or contact center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with clear, professional assistance.
• Manage customer support cases end-to-end from initial contact to resolution.
• Provide guidance and up-to-date information on vehicle recalls and after-sales services.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update case records in internal systems.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Adhere to established service levels and quality standards.
