Job summary

Cross Border Talents is looking for customer service representatives in Porto to support an international client. You will handle inbound and outbound contacts, resolving questions with care and accuracy in Dutch and English, using multiple systems efficiently.

Qualifications

Fluent level in Dutch and English.
