FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll be the main contact for Dutch customers, helping them by phone, email, or chat with genuine, helpful support.

The role offers on-site work with remote options within Portugal and a relocation package including flight and housing. Salary options: €1,500 gross/month with accommodation or €1,220 gross/month without.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide friendly, practical support to resolve day-to-day questions.
• Collaborate with an international team to ensure customer satisfaction.
