FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering helpful, non-scripted support as part of an international team.

Relocation package is provided, including flight ticket and housing options. The role offers on-site in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal, monthly gross pay between €1,220 and €1,500, plus bonuses.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions in collaboration with an international team.
