FH Collective - Academy in Portugal is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a Lisbon-based BPO team. You'll help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly, pragmatic support in a fast-growing international environment.

We offer relocation support, flight tickets, shared accommodation if needed, and a monthly gross salary between €1,220 and €1,500, plus private health insurance from day one and training.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
