FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company. The role offers a relocation package and options for on-site or remote work within Portugal.

You will be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering genuine, helpful support and resolving daily questions. Relocation flight tickets are provided, with housing options available.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping them.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
