FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO with a full relocation package and the option to work on-site in Lisbon with remote flexibility within Portugal.

You’ll be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a practical, friendly approach. Flight tickets and accommodation support are provided to help you settle into life in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English.
• Based in Portugal or willing to relocate.
• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide practical, friendly support to resolve day-to-day questions.
