FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our international team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering genuine, helpful assistance to Dutch-speaking customers.

Relocation is supported: flight tickets, accommodation options, and a startup benefits package including private health insurance and paid training. On-site in Lisbon with remote options within Portugal.

Qualificações

• Dutch language at C1/C2 level and good English.
• Willing to relocate to Portugal or based in Portugal.
• Enjoy helping customers in a dynamic team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide helpful support to day-to-day queries in a multinational team.

Conhecimentos
