FH Collective - Academy is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO company in Lisbon. Whether you’re already in Portugal or planning a move, you’ll work with an international team delivering genuine support via phone, email or chat.

Location: Lisbon, on-site and remote options within Portugal. Relocation package includes flight tickets and accommodation options.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide genuine, helpful support to solve day-to-day questions as part of an international team.
