FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading international BPO. You’ll be the main contact for Dutch customers via phone, email or chat, delivering friendly, practical support in a fast-paced team.

Relocation is supported with flight tickets and accommodation options. Salary is €1,500 gross/month with accommodation or €1,220 gross/month without accommodation, plus private health insurance, paid training and monthly bonuses.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English proficiency.
• Based in Portugal or plans to move soon.
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide friendly, practical support to day-to-day queries as part of an international team.
